- A case under Murder has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 03/06/2009 at 0030 hrs near Railway yard at Goods shed Mangalore some unknown culprits murdered one unknown person aged about 30 to 35 yrs by assaulting him with stone.

- A case of Burglary has been registered in Konaje Police Station. In between 0930 hrs and 1345 hrs of 02/06/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Shivarama B. (52) R/o Kambalpadvu Pajeeru village Bantwal Taluk by breaking the back door lock and committed a theft of gold ornament (13.5grms) of worth Rs. 13,500/.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 02/06/2009 at 1920 hrs near Jeppu Market at Mangalore one rider of Kinetic Honda bearing Reg. No. KA-01-Q-8178 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Akshtha (24) R/o Jeppu Market Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries. Further rider of Kinetic Honda scooter escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 02/06/2009 at 1130 hrs in front of Kadri park at Mangalore one Ganesh Prasad driver of Maruti Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-1562 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Oswald Pinto a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. Further Omni car driver lost over his vehicle and dashed against car baring Reg. No. KA-19-P-2767 belonging one Oswald Pinto. As a result car got damaged.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 01/06/2009 at 1515 hrs on Mulki-Moodabidre road at Kenchanakere Kilpadi village Mangalore Taluk one Ganesh driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-8483 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw fell into a roadside ditch. As a result one Shankara Narayana, Jayalakshmi and Sarvajna who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 02/06/2009 at 1930 hrs at Nellithirtha Kompadavu Mangalore Taluk one Prakash Pinto driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-0115 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Minakshi, Padmavathi, Yamuna, Deepak and Deepika who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 31/05/2009 on NH 17 near Kumpala bypass at Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk, Sheebha Pinto a passenger of the bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-3793 fell down from the bus and sustained simple injuries while getting down as the driver of bus one Balakrishana moved the bus in a negligent manner.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 02/06/2009 at 1450 hrs in front of Yenopoya Hospital at Deralakatte Mangalore Taluk one Mahammad Shareef driver of Eicher lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-8353 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-1763 driven by one Shreema Shetty (26) R/o Deralakatte Mangalore. As a result the car got damaged. No casualties reported.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 02/06/2009 at 1410 hrs at Kentaru Kaliya village Belthangady Taluk one Obayya driver of Jeep lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-18-M-2275 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-09-K-8511. As a result Rudhresh rider of motorcycle and Nandesh pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 30/05/2009 at 2000 hrs at Kavinamoole Bellare village Sullia Taluk one Prasad driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-5339 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result Udaya Kumar (38) R/o Ajapila Bellare village Sullia Taluk and Shashidhara who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

On 31/05/2009 at 1400 hrs accused Nawaz, Haris, Anwar, Asif, other two persons and driver of Omni car forming into unlawful assembly near railway station Mangalore and kidnapped one Abdul Hameed R/o Sudekar Koovettu village Belthangady Taluk in said Maruti omni car and wrongfully confined him in a room at Kakkinje and assaulted him by hand and with iron rod and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

On 31/05/2009 at 2140 hrs accused Madhava R/o Moodushedde village Mangalore abused one Sachin R/o Shivanagara Moodushedde village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him with iron rod owing to personal enmity.
