No. KA-21-A-1922 at Puthrottu Nada village Belthangady Taluk and seized 03 cattle by arresting accused Ibrahim and Ismail who were transporting these cattle illegally.

- A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 10/09/2009 at 0430 hrs one dead body of Mahammad Asif was found in Nethravathi river near Sahasralingeshwara temple at Uppinangady Puttur Taluk. The death seems to be due to drowning.

One Mahammad Mustafa R/o Shanthigudde Bajpe village Puttur Taluk who escaped while Police were checking the vehicles on 10/09/2009 at 0430 hrs by jumping from Qualis vehicle and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
