On 28/09/2009 at 1100 hrs accused Dennis Lobo abused Prema and Hema both residents of Panjibettu Maruru village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language at Lobokatte Karinje village Mangalore Taluk and tried to outrage Hema’s modesty by pulling her hand and also assaulted them by hand owing to trivial issue.

No. KA-19-P-296 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-7524. As a result motorcycle rider Clinton D Cunha R/o Vas lane Mangalore sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Traffic East Police Station. On 29/09/2009 at 1800 hrs near Omega hospital Mangalore one Ravi driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9373 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against the compound gate wall belonging to Omega hospital. As a result damaged the gate and compound wall and Revathi, Abbas and other passengers who were traveling in the said bus sustained simple injuries. The damage caused is about Rs.3, 00,000/.

As a result motorcycle rider one praveen Kumar R/o Chembugudde Permannuru village Mangalore Taluk and Shivaji pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.

No. JJ-6-N-1897 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Vasanthi R/o Mulki Bappanadu village Mangalore Taluk. Further motorcycle rider lost his control over the vehicle due which motorcycle capsized and motorcycle rider Krishnamoorthy sustained simple injuries.

- A case of Woman missing has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. One Renuka (28) R/o Kesarinagara Bettampadi village Puttur Taluk went to hospital at Arlapadavu Puttur Taluk on 21/09/2009 at 0930 hrs and did not return her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
