On 25/09/2009 at 1400 hrs accused one unknown person committed theft of gold ornaments and a Mobile phone that was kept inside the car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-7949 belonging to one Prashanth Shetty (57) R/o Bejai Mangalore, which was parked near Canara Jewellery at Hampanakatte Mangalore. The value of stolen property Rs.1, 40,000.

On 24/09/2009 at 1100 hrs accused one Chandrahasa Shetty criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Savitha (21) R/o Pakshikere Atthoor village Mangalore Taluk and abused in filthy language and tried to insult her modesty and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.
