In between 1430 hrs and 1615 hrs of 18/09/2009 some unknown culprits committed a theft of a Hero Honda Passion motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-5135 belonging to one Riyaz Bhava (24) R/o Kanduka Mangalore that was parked near Service bus stand at Mangalore. The Hero Honda Passion motorcycle is worth Rs. 35, 000/.
- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Vittal Police Station. In between 1100 hrs and 1700 hrs of 18/09/2009 some unknown culprits committed a theft of a Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-E-6525 belonging to one Ramananda (29) R/o Alike village Bantwal Taluk that was parked near bus stand at Anantheshwara Temple Vittal Town Bantwal Taluk. The Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle is worth Rs. 18, 000/.

On 19/09/2009 at 2200 hrs accused Ashoka and Harish criminally trespassed into the premises of house belonging to one Revathi (35) W/o Vittal Naik R/o Posottu Belalu village Belthangady Taluk and abused her daughter one Roopalatha in filthy language and assaulted her with umbrella and her daughter by hand owing to trivial issue.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 18/09/2009 at 1930 hrs in front of APMC at Baikampady Mangalore one unknown driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-5842 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Nanda a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 17/09/2009 at 1645 hrs at Loretapadavu Bantwal Town one Prameshwara rider of motorcycle bearing Reg.No.KA-19-V-4513 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-16. As a result motorcycle rider Prameshwara and scooter rider Roshan Praveen R/o Bantwal Town sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 18/09/2009 at 2030 hrs at Mitthabailu Bantwal Town one driver of KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2185 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9348. As a result auto rickshaw driver, Althaf R/o Thalipadpu Bantwal Town and Hasanabba who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 19/09/2009 at 0915 hrs at Seet Kalmaja village Belthangady Taluk one Jagadhisha driver of Bolero Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-5420 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost conrol over his vehicle due which Bolero Jeep capsized. As a result Jeep driver one Jagadhisha sustained simple injuries.

On 18/09/2009 at 1700 hrs at Manyadka Kadandale village Mangalore Taluk accused Saiprakash and Raju Sapalia abused one Sridhar Shetty R/o Pallady Kadandale village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to financial dispute between them.

On 19/09/2009 at 100 hrs PSI Kadaba PS and staff on credible information intercepted a Mahindra Pick Up vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-12-4585 on K.C. Farms road at Koila village Puttur Taluk and seized 02 cattles being transported illegally and arrested accused Ismail Shakeer (19), Siraj N (20) and Ibrahim @ Sulaiman K (50). On enquiry it was learnt that the cattles has been stolen somewhere else.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 19/09/2009 at 0800 hrs one Chandrashekara Shetty (49) R/o Karkala Taluk Udupi District accidentally fell down from the building while working in the Parkway Lodge at K.S. Rao road Mangalore and died on the spot.

- A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 19/09/2009 at 1830 hrs at Alive Bagilu Sea shore Mangalore one Manoj (40) accidentally slipped and washed away in the sea while he was fishing at seashore Alive Bagilu and found missing. His body has also not been traced so far.
