- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 31/01/2009 at 1300 hrs near Hampanakette Mangalore one Ashraf driver of jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-7952 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-9288. As a result one Nelson Pereira rider of motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 31/01/2009 at 0930 hrs near Krishna Hotel at Urwastore Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AB-6535 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Mohan a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 30/01/2009 in front of SDM College at Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. MH-06-W-6652 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a scooter bearing Reg. No. CRX-1718. As a result one Naveen (35) R/o Alake Mangalore rider of scooter sustained grievous injuries.

On 31/01/2009 at 1330 hrs near Kooti Chennaya circle at Marnamikatte Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9974 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-1753. As a result auto rickshaw driver Kareem (37) R/o Adyar Mangalore and Manoj who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
