- A case of Fatal road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. Wherein one Mahalinga Rai (75) R/o Kallagundi Sampaje village Sullia Taluk has been declared dead while under treatment on 26/03/2009 at 1125 hrs. The said Mahalinga Rai was seriously injured by a car in a road traffic accident on 21/03/2009 at 1600 hrs near V. S. S Bank at Kallagundi Sampaje village Sullia Taluk and admitted to Wenlock hospital at Mangalore. In this connection a case has been already registered in Sullia Police Station.

On 25/03/2009 at 2015 hrs in front of Krishna Bhavana Hotel at G.H.S. road Mangalore one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4471 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Divya a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 25/03/2009 at 1810 hrs near bus stand at Chilimbi Mangalore one Abdul Rahiman driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-20-4966 drove his vehicle in backward direction in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-7781. As a result one Mohammed K.M. who was traveling in the said tempo sustained simple injuries.

On 24/03/2009 at 1945 hrs at Daddy cross at Yedapadavu village Mangalore Taluk one Yadava driver of pick up tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-795 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Pradeep B. J a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 24/03/2009 at 2115 hrs in front of Deepak Bar & Restaurant at Kana Idya village Mangalore Taluk one Bharath driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2473 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-8033. As a result motorcycle rider Beed Prakash Thakur (24) R/o Bala village Mangalore Taluk and Prahalad pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On 26/03/2009 at 1215 hrs at Machhimale Aryapu village Puttur Taluk one Mahammad Shameer driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-3705 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-2579 due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result auto rickshaw driver one Vishwanatha Rai B (40) R/o Bangaradka Aryapu village Puttur Taluk, Thara V Rai, Shambu Naik and Appuraya who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 24/03/2009 at 2000 hrs at Kunjal palke Bandaru village Belthangady Taluk one Ramanna Gowda rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-H-100 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result one Nonnayya Gowda pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 13/03/2009 at 1645 hrs at Pernaje Kanakamajalu village Sullia Taluk one Mohammed Aseef rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-2844 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result motorcycle rider Mohammed Aseef and Ibrahim pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
