On 06/03/2009 at 1810 on specific information CPI Sullia Circle along with staff conducted raid an open place near Tourist Lodge at Gandhinagara Sullia Town. At the time of raid Police found 03 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. Police seized cash Rs. 1,105/ and playing cards from the spot by arresting Mohideen J.A. @ Mohideen Bhava (45), Basheer K.M. (28) and Hamza M.K. (50) who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Sullia PS U/s 87 of the Karnataka Police Act.
