On 28/03/2009 at 1400 hrs accused one Raju abused one Kamala (35) R/o Kadambiladka Rekya village Belthangady Taluk in failthy language near her house and assaulted her with knife owing to trivial issue.

No. KA-19-M-5570 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Mutthu (24) R/o Selam Tamilnadu State a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 29/03/2009 at 0400 hrs in front of Govindadas College at Surathkal Mangalore one Binu driver of Tanker bearing Reg. No. KL-07-BC-1200 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a KSRTC bus Bearing Reg. No KA-31-F-957. As a result tanker driver Binu and Dattathreya conductor of said KSRTC bus sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 16/03/2009 at 1215 hrs near Yekkar at Bajpe Mangalore one Kamalaksha driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-6343 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the vehicle capsized. As a result Krishna Saphaliga (60) R/o Ulaibettu village Mangalore Taluk who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

On 29/03/2009 at 2000 hrs on NH 17 at Kolnadu Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk one Satheesha driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. MH-09-7592 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-6343 driven by one Kiran (27) R/o Ambalapdy village Udupi District. As a result the car got damaged. No causalities reported.

No. MYH-9914 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-6479. As a result Mariyadas (48) R/o Puttur Town rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-6479 sustained simple injuries.

Ganganarasayya driver of Qualis bearing Reg. No. KA-28-M-2842 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Scorpio car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-1800 driven by one Vitus P.P (52) R/o Bendoorwell Mangalore. As a result the car got damaged. No causalities reported.

On 28/03/2009 at 1955 hrs at Mani Junction Bantwal Taluk accused Mohammed Shareef, Rafeeq, Usman and Nawaz abused one Mohammed Shareef (26) R/o Bairikatte Kanyana village Bantwal Taluk in failthy language and assaulted him with iron rod owing to previous enmity.

On the intervening night of 28/29/03/2009 at Paddeyagudde Amblamogeru village Mangalore Taluk some unknown persons set fire to Kinetic Nova bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-8627 belonging to one Abdul Haneef (34) R/o Paddeyagudde Amblamogeru village Mangalore Taluk and set fire to Kinetic Honda Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-H-9716 and also to the KA-19-J-1385 . The damage caused is about total Rs. 12,000/.
