On 12/04/2009 at 1700 hrs accused one Praveen Shetty criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Sushma (15) R/o Chembugudde Permannuru village Mangalore Taluk and abused her and her sister Ragma in filthy language referring to their caste and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.
