• A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On the intervening night of 25/26-06-2007 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Tipper Lorry bearing Reg. No. KL-14-D-6079 belonging to one Poovappa. K (41) R/o Ajilamogaru Bantwal Taluk which was parked at the premise of Karavali Petrol Bunk Padil Mangalore. The Tipper lorry is worth Rs. 3,75,000/

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 30/06/2007 at 1630 hrs at Mudungarukatte Balepuni village one Yevujin Thoras driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AD-6543 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-E-2223. As a result motorcycle rider Suresh Achari and pillion rider Dhananjaya Achari (45) R/o Balepuni village Bantwal Taluk sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 01/07/2007 at 0615 hrs on NH 48 at Volavuru Thumbe village Bantwal Taluk one Padmanabha driver of Qualis car bearing Reg. No. KA-20D-7117 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle as a result car fell into a roadside ditch and Mamatha (20) R/o Amtady village Bantwal Taluk, Reena Sequiera, Vishwanath, Lakshmi who wre travelling in the said car and Padmanabha driver of said car sustained grievous injuries.
  
• A case of Nan Fatal road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 01/07/2007 at 0630 hrs at Parpikallu Nidle village Belthangady Taluk one Vishwanatha driver of Maruti Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-05-M498 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against KSRTC Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-06-F-4206. As a result one Uma Krishnayya conductor of bus sustained simple injuries.

• A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 01/07/2007 at 1100 hrs at Kucchigudde Boliyaru village Bantwal Taluk accused Mohammad Rafique, Musthafa and Abdul Jabbar Karia Shetty criminally restrained one Hasanabba. K (45) R/o Kucchigudde Boliyaru village Bantwal Taluk abused him in filthy language, assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to personal enmity.

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 01/07/2007 at 1500 hrs one Gracy Desa (37) R/o Kinnipadavu Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by jumping into the well near her house owing to health problem.
  
• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Vittal Police Station. On 29/06/2007 at 1130 hrs one Krishna (22) R/o Seegeballe Vittal Town Bantwal Taluk accidentally fell down from the coconut tree while removing coconut and got serious injuries. He was admitted to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on 01/07/2007 at 0710 hrs.
  
• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 23/06/2007 at 0800 hrs one Soumya (29) R/o Ammunje village Bantwal Taluk consumed some tablets due to health problem. She was admitted to Wenlock hospital Mangalore where she succumbed to injuries while under treatment on 30/06/2007 at 1815 hrs.
