On 26/07/2007 at 1300 hrs on credible information PI Mangalore North PS along with his staff conducted raid at S.L. Collection at Dubai Market Mangalore and seized 870 duplicate VCDs and 138 DVDs. Police made seizure of all these items and arrested one Narayana K. (58) R/o Ashokanagara Mangalore. Total worth of materials seized is Rs 56,000/.
In this connection a case has been registered in Mangalore North PS under the Copyright Act.
