• A case of Burglary has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. In between 02/07/2007 and 04/07/2007 some unknown culprits gained entry into house belonging to one Nishith Kumar (40) R/o Swamila Padavu Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments, a DTH receiver, cash Rs.1,000/ and other brass articles. The worth of stolen property is Rs. 10,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 0930 hrs near Kunil complex Kankanady Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-13-K-9928 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-12-E-4917. As a result one Sandeep (24) R/o Alape Mangalore rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-12-E-4917 sustained simple injuries. The rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-13-K-9928 escaped from the place leaving his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 04/07/2007 at 1900 hrs near KSRTC Bejai Mangalore one unknown car driver drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Ganesh Kamath (22) R/o Dongarkeri Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 03/07/2007 at 0900 hrs on NH 48 in front of Kanapadithaya Temple at Kallige village Bantwal Taluk one Hari Prasad Reddy driver of a Crane bearing Reg. No. AP-10-M-4516 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-947 from behind. Due to which auto rickshaw driver lost control over his vehicle and rammed to one Madhavi (24) R/o Sajipa village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 1000 hrs at Yerdoor Kuvettu village Belthangady Taluk one Santhappa driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-2411 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a cow. Futher auto rickshaw driver lost control over his vehicle due to which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result driver of said auto rickshaw and Hasainar R/o Pottukere Kuvettu village Belthangady Taluk who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

• A case under Criminal trespass along with Hurt has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 2110 hrs accused Shailesh, Vikram, Swarup and Praveen criminally trespassed into house belonging to Vishwanatha (48) R/o Bolar Mangalore and assaulted him by hand owing to personal enmity.
  
• A case under House trespass, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On 04/07/2007 at 2315 hrs accused Abubbkar, Abdul Rahiman and Mohammad. P. B. criminally trespassed into the rented house at Parpunja Volamogru village Puttur Taluk belonging to one Babu. M (38) R/o Meenavu Paduvannur village Puttur Taluk and assaulted him with iron rod and also gave life threat to him owing to personal enmity.
  
• A case under Hurt has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 1730 hrs at Kappekere Balnadu village Puttur Taluk accused one Jayaram Bhat assaulted one Koragappa Naik (52) R/o Balnadu village Puttur Taluk with stone owing to previous enmity.
  
• A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 04/07/2007 at 1730 hrs at Aranthodu Sullia Taluk accused Annadorai P. and Ganesha abused Diveesha (20) R/o Thodikana village Sullia Taluk and Shashi Kumar in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and with stone owing to trivial issue.

• A case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Kadaba Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 1830 hrs on credible information PSI Kadaba PS along with staff conducted raid near arrack shop at Barepady Kudmaru village Puttur Taluk and seized 30 arrack sachets (each 100 ML) of worth Rs. 400/ by arresting one Monappa Poojary (35) R/o Kudmaru village Puttur Taluk who was selling these arrack sachets illegally there.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 05/07/2007 at 0800 hrs near the seashore in Ucchila Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one unknown male dead body aged about 40 yrs to 45 yrs was found. This seems to be a case of drowning.
