No. KA-15-3059 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an Indica car bearing Reg. No. KA-02-MA-882. Further Maxi cab Tempo driver lost control over his vehicle due which Tempo capsized. As a result driver of car one Raju. S (41) R/o Magadi Bangalore, Narasimha who was traveling in the said car, Ananda driver of Tempo and other passengers who were traveling in the said Tempo sustained grievous injuries.
