Illegal Lottery seized by DCIB

A case of Keeping Lottery Office along with Lottery Regulation Act has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 02/07/2007 at 1440 hrs on credible information PI DCIB along with his staff conducted a raid on P. M. Adapa lottery agency shop at Hampankatta Mangalore and seized inter state lotteries which was kept illegally for sale and cash Rs. 1255/.by arresting Hamza (28) R/o Bajpe Mangalore, Abdul Rashid (25) R/o Punjalkatte Belthangady Taluk and Ravi (49) R/o Jappinamogru Mangalore. The total value of property seized is Rs. 4315/.
