• A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On the night of 24-25/07/2007 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle belonging to one Dr. Dwaneesh L. Vayas R/o Vaidyanatha Nagara Attavara Mangalore that was parked at the parking place of KMC hospital Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 14,000/.
  
• A case of MV Theft has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 24/07/2007 in between 0200 hrs and 0700 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KL-10-G-8604 belonging to one Dayananda Samani (47) R/o near Ashwatha Katte Marakada village Mangalore that was parked near his house. The Tipper is worth Rs. 3,00,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 27/07/2007 at 1230 hrs at Bandar Mangalore one driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-21-4998 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Naveed Pasha (22) R/o Bengre Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 27/07/2007 at 1530 hrs at Mallikatte Mangalore one unknown driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-8422 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-9329. As a result one Prasad Kumar (22) R/o Bolara Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries. The auto rickshaw driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 26/078/2007 at 1230 hrs one Kamala (57) R/o Karmika Colony Mangalore while getting into the bus Route No. 4D, driver of said bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which she fell down from the bus and sustained simple injuries. The driver of bus escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 27/07/2007 at 0755 hrs at Murathagundige Manjanady village Mangalore Taluk one Jnaneshewara Alva rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-3849 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result motorcycle rider Jnaneshewara and pillion rider of said motorcycle Surendra (19) R/o Uppala Kasaragod district Kerala State sustained simple injuries.

• A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Vittal Police Station. On 27/07/2007 at 0930 hrs accused Shridhara Patali and Gopal Patali assaulted his brother Shivarama Patali (53) R/o Kuddu Padavu Kepu village Bantwal Taluk by hand and with wooden stick owing to civil dispute.
