• A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 12/07/2007 at 2030 hrs and 13/07/2007 at 0900 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the Leo Center at Karangalpady Mangalore by breaking to shutter lock and committed theft of mobile phone 06, Brass Carton Bracket, Plastic Rings and cash Rs. 2,500/ all in worth Rs. 24,000/.

• A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with provoke the breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 13/07/2007 at 1245 hrs accused Shivarama K. Shenoy (41) and Bharathi (31) both residents of Bhagavathi Nagara Mangalore criminally restrained one Sumana Shenoy (34) R/o Manna Gudde Mangalore near her house and abused her in filthy language and also gave life threat to her owing to family dispute.

• A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 14/07/2007 at 1130 hrs on NH 48 at Valachil arkula village Mangalore Taluk one Honnappa driver of new Eicher Lorry drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Hasanabba Beary (85) R/o Adyar village Mangalore Taluk and caused him serious injuries and admitted to Omega Hospital Mangalore. Where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on the same day at 1445 hrs.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 13/07/2007 at 0915 hrs at Adyar padav Adyar village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-M-5127 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Sunitha (48) R/o Adyar padav Adyar village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 13/07/2007 at 0735 hrs near Petrol Pump at Kana Bala village Mangalore Taluk one Roshan Lobo driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-1740 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Santro car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-261 due which car got damaged. Further bus driver lost control over his vehicle and dashed against a bicycle. As a result one Thangappan (45) R/o Kana Kulai village Mangalore Taluk rider of said bicycle sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 03/07/2007 at 0915 hrs on NH 17 near Post Office Idya village Mangalore one Sudhakara Achari rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-6883 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-7872 driven by one Arun Kumar (40) R/o Idya village Mangalore from behind. As a result one Amitha (29) R/o Idya village Mangalore Taluk pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-7872 sustained grievous injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullall Police Station. On 13/07/2007 at 1630 hrs at Madyaru Kotekauru village Mangalore Taluk one Abdulla driver of Maruti car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-846 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Ashoka (10) R/o Madyaru Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. On 12/07/2007 at 2200 hrs at Darandakukku Chikamudnoor village Mangalore Taluk one Chandrashekara driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-2406 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Ganesha (24) R/o Sediyapu Bannur village Puttur Taluk who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 02

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 03/07/2007 at 1400 hrs one unknown male aged about 60 yrs fell down due to some illness at KSRTC bus stand Dharmasthala Belthangady Taluk. Further he was admitted to Govt. hospital at Belthangady where he was declared dead while under treatment on 11/07/2007 at 1945 hrs.
  
• A case of Unnatural death Report has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On the night of 11/06/2007 one Ramanna Naik (26) R/o Adinje Aletti village Sullia taluk consumed poison in his his house owing to health problem. Further he was admitted to K.M.C. hospital at Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on 14/07/2007 at 0200 hrs.
