On 26/07/2007 at 2115 hrs on specific information PSI Mulky along with Highway patrolling squad conducted raid near Petrol pump at Kolnadu Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk. At the time of raid Police found 04 persons playing “Matka” . Police seized cash Rs. 6,862/, a motorcycel, a mobile phone and a note book from the spot by arresting Sathish Kumar (32), Bharath (24), Chandrahasa Poojary (40) and Prashanth who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Mulky U/s 78 (1) (III) of the Karnataka Police Act
