- A case under Attempt to commit theft has been registered in Panambur Police Station. In between 1700 hrs of 11/07/2009 and 0845 hrs of 13/07/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the SCDCC Bank at APMC yard Baikampady Mangalore by breaking the window grill and attempted to committed theft.
- A case under Attempt to commit theft has been registered in Vittal Police Station. In between 0100 hrs and 0200 hrs of 13/07/2009 accused Balakrishna Naik, Aboobakkar and Hameed attempted to commit theft of Aluminum vessels, Iron rods and other properties belonging to one Abdul Hameed (32) R/o Vittal Bantwal Town that was kept near his constructing house.
- A case of Ordinary theft has been registered in Vittal Police Station. On 11/07/2009 at 0200 hrs accused Jamal, Aboobakkar and Moyeenhi committed theft of two cows belonging to one Udaya D. (32) R/o Kirinjemoole Kanyana village Bantwal Taluk from his house. The value of cows worth Rs. 15,000/.
- A case under Attempt to commit theft has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. In between 1530 hrs of 11/07/2009 and 0915 hrs of 13/07/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Vijaya Bank at Bettampady village Puttur Taluk by breaking the window grill and attempted to committed theft.

- A case under M.V. Theft has been registered in Panambur Police Station. In between 1800 hrs and 1930 hrs of 12/07/2009 some unknown culprits committed theft of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-8280 belonging to one Sadananda Hegde (40) R/o Kulai Mangalore that was parked at parking place of Panambur Beach Mangalore. The total value of stolen property is yet to be estimated.

- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 13/07/2009 at 2310 hrs on NH-17 at Highway Petrol Bank Panambur Mangalore one Dinesh driver of jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-30-M-1403 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-5466. As a result pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained serious injuries and died on the spot.
- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 13/07/2009 at 1430 hrs at Kanyady Dharmasthala village Belthangady Taluk one driver of Maruthi Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-47-173 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against pedestrians Kariya Mogera R/o Dharmasthala village Belthangady Taluk and Sundara and caused them serious injuries. Further Sundara was succumbed to his injuries while on the way to hospital.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 11/07/2009 at 0935 hrs at Thumbe village Bantwal Taluk one Sesappa gowda driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AB-547 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle. As a result motorcycle rider one Rafeeq (22) R/o Kodapadavu Padnoor village Bantwal Taluk sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 07/07/2009 at 0830 hrs at Mapaladka Jalsoor village Sullia Taluk one Hameed rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-7438 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-6387. As a result one Kushala rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-6387 sustained simple injuries.

On 12/07/2009 at 2330 hrs accused Thomas Monthero, Roody Thoras, Rony Thoras, Dyani Thoras, Roshan Thoras, John Thoras, Arun Thoras, Praveen Thoras and other 20 persons forming into an unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Francis Thoras (31) R/o Bolangady village Bantwal Taluk and abused him in filthy language and damaged the compound Wall and also gave life threat to him owing to civil dispute between them.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 13/07/2009 at 1445 hrs one unknown male dead body aged about 25 yrs to 30 yrs was found near Seashore at Bengre Kudroli Mangalore. The death seems to be due to drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. In between 2145 hrs of 12/07/2009 and 1400 hrs of 13/07/2009 one Ubaithulla (30) committed suicide by hanging in his room at Prathik lodge Ujire village Belthangady Taluk owing to personal problem.
