On 18/08/2009 at 1130 hrs accused one Sadik criminally restrained one Fouziya (26) W/o Rafeeq R/o Kodangai Vittalpadnoor village Bantwal Taluk near her house and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her by hand and outraged the modesty of her by pulling her hand and also gave life threat to her owing to previous enmity.

No. KA-20-S-7176 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-12-H-2069. As a result one Shivananda Deshakodi (25) R/o Peraje village Madikeri Kodagu District rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-12-H-2069 sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-19-AB-9000 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Srikanth Panchangam R/o Vijayanagara Bangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
