On 18/08/2009 at 0900 hrs PSI Moodabidre PS along with his staff on credible information intercepted a Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-1644 at Kesarugadde Beluvai village Mangalore Taluk and seized wooden logs worth Rs 10,000/ that were being transported illegally by arresting Abdul Majeed (38) R/o Nitte village Karkala Taluk and Mohammed Areef Khan (42) R/o Surathkal Mangalore. The tempo has also been seized.
The Total worth of seized property is Rs.2, 50,000.
In this connection, a case has been registered in Moodabidre PS under the Karnataka Forest Act.
