Mohammed Sattar (25) R/o Tharigudde Chickkamudnoor Village Puttur Taluk, the prime accused in the Akshata Death case has been arrested today (08/08/2006) morning from Daranda Kukku locality of Chika mudnoor village in Puttur taluk. The arrest has been effected by Mr.Mukund Naik PI Puttur Town PS and staff of Puttur Town PS. He is being questioned in detail regarding the incident by team of Police Officers. Subsequently he will be produced before the jurisdictional court.
