On 01/10/2009 at 1615 hrs near Yathim Khan Mosque at Kumpala Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one Naveen Chandra driver of Maxi cab Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-30-2050 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a compound wall. As a result one Rohan Shetty (08) who was traveling in the said Maxi cab Tempo sustained simple injuries.
