  • A case of Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 1600 hrs of 18/09/2009 and 0830 hrs of 05/10/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the DKZP School at Thalapady village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the window grills and committed a theft of computer worth Rs. 15,000/.
  • A case of Burglary has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. In between 1700 hrs of 02/10/2009 and 1900 hrs of 04/10/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Thimmappa N R/o Vagga Kavalapadoor village Bantwal Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed a theft of gold ornaments and a Wrist watch all in worth Rs. 23,000/.
  • A case of Burglary has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. In between 2200 hrs of 05/10/2009 and 06/10/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Noorjahan (29) R/o Darbe Puttur Town by breaking the window grills and committed a theft of gold ornaments worth Rs. 65,000/.
  • A case of Burglary has been registered in Vittal Police Station. In between 0800 hrs and 1200 hrs of some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Srinivasa Shetty (46) R/o Moodambail Punacha village Bantwal Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed a theft of gold ornaments, a Wrist Watch and copper vessels all in worth Rs. 4,800/.

  • A case under M.V. Theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1800 hrs and 2000 hrs of 26/09/2009 some unknown culprits committed a theft of a Yamaha RX-100 motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-H-6153 belonging to one Mohammed Rafeeq R/o Jeppu Mangalore that was parked near C.R. Fruits Shop at Central Market Mangalore. The worth of motorcycle is Rs. 10,000/.

  • A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 01/10/2009 at 1615 hrs near Yathim Khan Mosque at Kumpala Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one Naveen Chandra driver of Maxi cab Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-30-2050 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a compound wall. As a result one Rohan Shetty (08) who was traveling in the said Maxi cab Tempo sustained simple injuries.
  • A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 04/10/2009 at 1130 hrs at Bypass circle Bantwal Town one Harish driver of Maruthi Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-6362 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-6362 driven by Niyaz (21) R/o Narikombu village Bantwal Taluk. As a result one Nasir pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

  • A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 04/10/2009 at 1930 hrs accused one Abdul Kareem, Mohammed, Ismail and Jubair abused one Moidhi Kunhi R/o Kotekani Sajipa Nadu village Bantwal Taluk in filthy language near his house and assaulted him by hand and with iron rod and also gave life threat to them owing to previous enmity between them.
