On 17/10/2009 at 2100 hrs on specific information PSI Mangalore Rural PS along with staff conducted raided in the room at Roopa Lodge Balmatta Mangalore. At the time of raid Police found 07 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. The Police seized cash Rs. 12,280/ and playing cards from the spot by arresting Thomas, John Santiz, Abdul Rahiman, Chandrashekar, Srikanth, Anuchith and Sathish who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Mangalore North PS U/s 78 of the Karnataka Police Act.
